She is the unique individual that is needed to inspire the others and give them chances to shine. She has the strong will, she has the ambition, she has the character and \u2013mainly- the flexible mind to achieve things for her- but also and more, for the others- and she has given us chances vigorously <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Think about! Think about these last two decades and tell me, what if without her\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">She has, of course, as we all know it, excellent and brilliant colleagues working with her, but she is the one who drives!
